Unless you have just one short low resolution clip in a video with lots of other high resolution clips you would want to just export at the resolution of lowest resolution clip. It would honestly be more accurate to just compare both videos in 1080p if you don’t have the “Pro” or “commercial” or whatever they call it version of Neat Video.ĭownscaling to 1080p will probably get rid of a lot noise by itself, just FYI to do a fair comparison. Click to expand.I am confident Neat video takes care of 100% of the noise (as long as you set it up properly) but taking a 4k clip downscaling it to 1080p and then upscaling back to 4k isn’t the same thing as just keeping it in 4k the whole way. ![]()
